We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of confirmed payment.
Orders placed before 2pm are eligible for next-day express delivery.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information where available.
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Please contact us for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Channel Islands.
Returns Policy
30-Day Returns
Return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
Eligible Returns
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Sealed products must not have been opened
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (unless faulty)
- Products marked as final sale
- Custom or bespoke orders
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return postage and provide a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How to Return
- Email info@salermhairproducts.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- We'll confirm your return and send the return address
- Package your item securely (original packaging preferred)
- Send via a tracked service — we recommend keeping proof of postage
- Refund processed within 14 days of receiving your return
Return Postage Costs
Unless your item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, return postage is at your expense. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Trade Orders
Trade account returns are subject to the terms of your trade agreement. Please contact your account manager or email us for trade-specific queries.
